Obama State Of The Union Speech: Full Text Script

Last night I watched Obama's speech in the State of the Union through TV.  I was very impressed with the speech; he is passionate and conficence with what he is doing. One of the policies he is most concerning is environmental policy. He stressed why the United States should enact a policy for clean energy and energy efficiency. Here is what he said  last night, "I know there have been questions about whether we can afford such changes in a tough economy; and I know that there are those who disagree with the overwhelming scientific evidence on climate change. But even if you doubt the evidence, providing incentives for energy efficiency and clean energy are the right thing to do for our future - because the nation that leads the clean energy economy will be the nation that leads the global economy. And America must be that nation."

These two videos show the disagreement of global warming in aspect of science. The scientific discrepancy in global warming might be one of the elements to disrupt making an environmental policy and it explains why politicians cannot coincide with the environmental policy. That is, there is one fact with two totally opposite interpretations. How could the public recognize which one is so called “sound-science”?
